Stone ground mustard (for dipping)
Oil for frying.
2 large eggs.
1 teaspoon of milk (5ml)
1 teaspoon of canola oil (5ml)
1 1/3 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (GF optional, about 60 grams)
Pepper, 1/8 teaspoon or half a gram.
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (1-2 grams)
1/4 teaspoon of salt (1.2 grams)
1/4 cup of minced parsley (about 6 grams)
Beef, top sirloin, about 3/4 lbs (about 350 grams) cut into 1/2 cubs (13mm)
1/2 cup beef consomme (120ml)
3 tablespoons of gluten-free flour (GF optional, 30 grams)
3 tablespoons of butter (about 42 grams)
